Chris Kiker - Director of Operations & Buyer Specialist

Chris is the Lead Buyer's Specialist for the Kiker Team. He has earned an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) accreditation, and is responsible for many of the Teams Buyer sales. Chris handles all steps of the process, from the first phone call through the contract negotiations, inspections and closings. Chris also manages all the computer and technology support for The Kiker Team.

Tony Carnesi - Listing Specialist & Business Development

Tony's primary position within The Kiker Team is as the Listing Coordinator. He attends listing appointments with Pam, prepares and monitors all of the Marketing to help our clients get their home SOLD. He communicates regularly with our Clients regarding feedback from showings, and oversees the process from contract to the closing table. Tony is also in charge of Business Development for the Team.

Corey Martin - Lead Buyer Specialist

Vicki comes to us with extensive experience and an expertise in Customer Service. Vicki's primary responsibility is the implementation and management of the Marketing Campaign for each of our Client's homes. She is highly involved in the coordination of the numerous details that take a home from Going on the Market to the Successful Sale. Mary Schweitzer - Administrative Director

Mary comes to The Kiker Team with 20 years of experience in Office Management and Customer Service.   Mary's expertise helps facilitate a smooth transaction from the time you go Under Contract to the Closing of your home. Kris Stromgren - Closing Director

Kris Stromgren is a former Title Company Closer and Mortgage Lender. She handles every transaction from contract to close. She is our CEO of closings, and coordinates details with the Lender, Title Company, the Appraiser, and each of our Clients! Kris is key to all of our successful closings!

Polly Seale - Director of Closing Gifts

Polly (Pam's mother) is in charge of closing gifts for each client. Polly bakes homemade cakes (from an old family recipe) and presents them to clients at the closing of their transactions. Our Clients Love these delicious cakes! Polly takes great pride in making a cake from scratch for each of our clients' another way of "Our Family Helping Yours."

Daddy Jim - Logistics

Daddy Jim is Pam's Grandfather! These days you might find him on the beach in Italy, or cruising the Bahamas before you find him in our office. Daddy Jim is in charge of our Logistics (Signs, Lockboxes, etc.). After retiring as President of the United States Transportation Union, and marrying his new bride, Daddy Jim has certainly earned his "play" time, but still finds time to supervise our logistics.
