More About Me...

Chris was born in Miami Florida and moved to the Denver area at the age of two. Although he is not a “native,” Chris feels as close to being a native as one can. He grew up playing baseball, running track, and playing rugby. After graduating from Cherry Creek High School in 1993, Chris made his way to the University of Oklahoma (GO SOONERS!). While in college, Chris worked three years waiting tables and bartending, something he thinks everyone should have the experience of doing. Upon college graduation, Chris moved back to Colorado and up to Vail for a little bit of skiing and fun before starting off in a career. After mountain life, Chris moved back to Denver to start in the real estate business with his mom Pam, in October of 1999. 

Chris and Pam formed The Kiker Team with Chris quickly moving into the lead Buyer’s agent role. He has helped many clients/families either purchase (invest in) their first home, sell or right-size as their needs changed, or invest in income producing properties.

Chris truly loves assisting his clients with real estate and looks forward to the opportunity of working with many more in the future. He currently lives in Centennial with his wife, daughter, son, and Thomas the Puggle.
