Graduated from Missouri Western State College with a Business Degree and Majored in Marketing.

After college, he worked for Gillette and Johnson & Johnson as a sales rep in Kansas City, Mo.

Became a Realtor in 1976 in St. Joseph Mo. 

While in St Joseph served as President of the local Board of Realtors and served as a State Director for the Missouri Association of Realtors.

He worked with a lot of corporate relocation situations and trailing spouses. His wife worked for Abbott Labs and was offered a transfer to Denver in 1993 and overnight he became a Trailing spouse himself and was excited to move to Denver.

Was a managing broker of Prudential Legend Realty on Arapahoe Rd with 85 agents which was a pretty good size office in those days.

Was a Realtor with Metro Brokers office for approximately 8-10 years and have been with KW

DTC since 2009.

Joined the Kiker Team in 2019

He’s an experienced Realtor who is a good listener and offers creative strategies and options for his clients, whether buying or selling. He will always do whatever is best for his clients, versus his own interests.

60-70% of his business each year is helping Seniors make later in life moves.

He has his Senior Real Estate Specialist certification as well as his Certified Senior Housing Professional designation.

He is quite passionate about serving Seniors and the real estate business.

His mission is to help educate, empower and equip Seniors to live as independently as possible with the best quality of life they can.

Member of St Andrew United Methodist Church in Highlands Ranch, Co.

Married for 51 years and has a son, daughter, and 3 grandchildren in Centennial.

Enjoys biking, skiing, and riding horses on Mountain Trails and is a volunteer with the Front Range Back Country Horsemen, who clear mountain trails in the summers.
