The house we sold was a new build in Castle Rock and the process to find a buyer was pretty difficult given our remote location and price point. Chris was always very communicative with us to strategize ways to market our house, had it staged by an amazing stager and we were able to sell it in a reasonable amount of time for a price we were comfortable with.
