Signage

The day your home goes on the market we will place a personalized Kiker Team sign in your yard or in a highly visible window. Coming Soon signs will be installed when appropriate. This will be done in accordance with any applicable Homeowner Association regulations.

Metrolist

Your home will be listed in the Denver Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS is accessible to all licensed Brokers and potential buyers in the Denver area, via www.recolorado.com 

Professional Photography & Virtual Tour

The Kiker Team uses a professional photographer to take digital photos of your home to use in our marketing, as single photos and to build a virtual tour. Our Virtual Tour usually showcases photos of your home, as well as the outside of your home and property. These tours will be used in the marketing of your property; attached to the MLS listing, used on other websites your property will appear on, and can be sent as a link attached to emailed marketing materials.

Professional Matterport 3D Tour

The professional photographer may create a Matterport 3D Tour which reads like a digital blueprint and allows a prospective buyer to fully explore the home, inside and out. Tour includes a measurement tool to see if a specific item could fit within a space, and a dollhouse view. 

Walkthrough Video

A professionally done walkthrough video is another marketing tool we may use to allow a prospective buyer to move through the home and gain a better understanding of the flow of a property. This is another option we may use for marketing purposes.

Color Flyers

Flyers are created for each property, utilizing the full color photos and text consistent with the MLS listing. This flyer could be made available, with the Sellers permission, to anyone walking or driving by your home. The flyers will be consistently updated and replenished by The Kiker Team.

Card Stock Brochures

The Kiker Team uses professional digital photographs to design elegant and unique, custom brochures, when sales timing allows. Individualized text and color photographs are combined to create a heavy card stock full color brochure to be placed inside your home for prospective buyers.

Keller Williams DTC

Your home will be presented to all 400+ agents in our brokerage via our brokerage Facebook page, and our interoffice network as well as our monthly sales meetings.

Social Media Marketing

We will create and post specialized, unique content with photos on Facebook and Instagram. We can add links to additional photos or direct viewers to click for access to a landing page built to provide them with additional information on the property.   

Website/Internet Presence

All of the information about your home that is part of the Metrolist is featured on ReColorado.com. When you list with The Kiker Team, we will have access to the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS). This proprietary, exclusive system ensures your property is marketed online 24/7 through more than 350 of the most popular search websites, including but not limited to: Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homefinder.

Open Houses and Virtual Open Houses

We might do traditional in person open houses or virtual open houses, per the Seller’s requests and as appropriate. We will post announcements for those on social media, as well as through the MLS and KWLS.

Email Flyers

We can use the unique flyer prepared for your home to market to licensed real estate agents in the Denver Metro area via email, to reach several thousand agents and highlight the special elements and events related to your property.

Prospect Match Program

The Kiker Team will also enter your home in the Prospect Match program, which will immediately give us a list of all the Brokers that have entered parameters for their Buyers that match your home. This allows The Kiker Team to personally contact these Brokers and send pictures and digital tours with additional information on your home.
